Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is for us to be notified twenty-four(24) hours prior to the session, otherwise the broken session is considered a no-show. In this case the session fee, of $300.00, would be charged to the client’s account. We understand that unforeseeable events happen and we are willing to listen to those circumstances before assessing the fee. Habitual no-shows lead us to refer the client to another healthcare provider, unless a fee of $300.00 is paid, in restitution, for each no-show. Thank you for your consideration & understanding.
